You keep all rights to the files and text you use with our tools. Since processing happens locally, we do not receive or claim any rights to your content.

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Results (such as word counts or compressed image quality) may vary by browser.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFileKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from use of the site.
6. Third-party content and ads
The site may display advertisements and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code are owned by GoFileKit, except where noted. You may not copy the site wholesale.
